This is my boyfriend's favorite Chinese place, we're within walking distance, so you can bet we visit a lot! I haven't bothered with the other two Chinese restaurants on the same street, but I don't want to after having Happy Dragon's crab ragoons. There's always a nice view of cops pulling people over outside of the window too lol.
- Pros: Good food & drinks, comfortable seats, nice waitstaff
- Cons: The drunks that come in after they leave the bar

I have been a patron of Happy Dragon for 20+ years, and have NEVER been disappointed with their food or service. I have gone several months without buying from them, walked in, and been greeted warmly by the staff by my first name. Recently I had the occasion to pick up my daughter at work, and decided to go to another restaurant in the next town over, offering the same menu. I regret that decision, the food was bland, the rice tasted no different than the Crab Rangoon, and was disgusting. I will never buy from any other restaurant, and remain a Happy Dragon Fan.
- Pros: small town ambiance, warm, friendly staff, hometown feel
- Cons: nada

We have dined at the Happy Dragon many times. We generally get a pu pu platter. Tonight (08/08/2005 we once again went to the Happy Dragon and ordered a pu pu platter. We were shocked to see that the sizes of the chicken fingers and boneless pork ribs were 1/2 the size that they normally were thereby leaving us less than pleased. This cost cutting by the restaurant has convinced us to find another Chinese Restaurant to patronize
- Pros: Very hot food, Excellent Flavor
- Cons: Reduced Portions
