Best Chowder In Maine. last summer I went on a vacation to Maine. All my friends told me that I couldn't leave until I went to Gilberts Chowder House. So, I went. I ordered clam cakes, seafood chowder and onion rings. I couldn't believe it! IT WAS DELICIOUS! The chowder was just to wonderful for words! The clam cakes were the best clam cakes I have ever tasted. And the prices were unbeatable. I look forward to going there again.

avoid at all costs. i'm a chef and recently had a day where i pretty much did nothing but go out to eat all day and night, watching football. every where we went was so good but this place was real bad. i'd heard nothing but horrible things and the horrible things i've heard were confirmed.
