Trustworthy and Friendly. I took my Mini in for its first repair and everyone in the office was very friendly. They all turned around from their computers to say hi! They weren't sure how long it would take to repair the problem because they hadn't looked at it yet so they gave me a free loaner. I no sooner got the loaner home when they told me the car was all set. I was expecting a huge bill, but it was only an hour and a half labor.

a trusted car repair business. Our family has 2 bmw s and 2 mincoopers.I guess you could say we consider ourselves experts in where to go for bmw repairs,The owner of autowerkes is internationally recognized as an expert. On more than one occasion he has suggested for example to NOT to do a repair at that time but rather wait until the belt needs changing ,,actually saving us money. We actually stick with BMWS because we know that we can at least get good service with AUTOWERKES! ....and we always have a car checked out there prior to purchasing.,,and i am aware that people from out of state drive to freeport just to have their cars serviced there ,,BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! WE LOVE AUTOWERKES!!!!

RIP OFF ALERT. RIP OFF ALERT. They send out postcards with an "Incredible Introductory Offer" of a $1 state inspection. This is the bait to get you in the door, where the hook is then set. They claimed that my six year old car needed $1800 worth of work just to pass inspection, including a new tie rod end that was replaced just a year before. I paid my dollar and left for my local mechanic (where I should have gone in the first place), who did a thorough inspection and pronounced the car good to go. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
