The best hilites I've ever had!. I just had my hair done at JCPenney salon for about the 5th time.... first time coloring.

I LOVE it!! -- I've always had a great cut, but this time I had Mindy and we did a two color hilite.

It was so easy and fun. The people at the front desk are always very nice too.

Always satisfied!. I love going to JcPenney! I've gone to a few different stylists and have never had a bad experience! The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. I've gone to more expensive places in Portland and have felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I have never felt this way at JcPenney!

Good Hair. I've been seeing Ann M. for a long time now... She's so great. I've been bringing my daughter on weekends and we've never had a bad cut by anyone. We do call ahead just to make sure we can get in, weekends do seem to be super busy there I get all my hair product there too... best deal in town.

Fun and Professional!!. I've been going to the JCPenney salon since I left Debbie Elliott in downtown.... The staff there is so much fun and the price is a lot better then a downtown salon. I love my stylist Ljuba, who I followed there from DE. ... Plus I can shop after my hair is done!

Wonderful stylist! I love my hair. I LOVE my stylist Katie!! She does a wonderful job every time I go to see her! I definitely recommend her to everyone!!!
