Terrible. I was surprised at how quickly our food arrived, but after opening our food I saw why. It seemed like nothing was hot and was just thrown in a bag after sitting under heat lamps for an hour. The boneless pork was so tough it was pretty much inedible. The chicken fingers were soggy, as well as the egg rolls. To be quite honest, the only part of my meal that I enjoyed was the free fortune cookie and the crab rangoons (which still weren't the best I've ever had). The only time you should even think about going here/ordering from here is after you have been drinking. Then maybe you will find their food at least edible.

As for eating in, I agree that the people behind the counter are not pleasant at all. And they really do not usually admit they have made a mistake. For example, there was once a dead bug in my friends sweet and sour sauce, and the guy there basically called her a liar (she had already thrown it out) and wouldn't give her a new one. Not even sure why I went back after that.

Terrible. I agree with the other reviews! There is a pushy lady at the counter and if you don't know what you want in the 3 second it takes you to walk from the door to the counter, she's aggravated. The food is greasy and expensive. Everything has a 2nd charge it seems. More duck sauce? .30 cents! And everything is just sitting behind the counter already cooked. The dining room has like 1 running light, a creepy fish tank, and the impression that you're notsuppose to be sitting in there. Delivery is also charge central. Forget this place. It's dirty, the food is gross, and expensive.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T DO IT!. My BF and I order delivery for a total of $29 for the two of us. When food gets here they got my Pad Thai wrong. Instead of tofu they made it with pork.(yuck) We called to correct the order and the man on the other end said WE were WRONG that he and I quote "wouldn't write the order wrong"..."you should have corrected me" THEN HE HUNG UP!!! We get stuck with the horrible food, which turned out that the egg and spring rolls were horribly soggy BLECH!! Both of us wound up in the bathroom with horrible stomach problems. JUST DON'T GO HERE EVER!!!!

Oh My God ,, Gross!!. OK so my fiance' and I are starving. We go to the Wok Inn on Forest Avenue. Have you ever looked around in there? GROSS.... I dont think they've spent one day since opening cleaning that place. We sat near the fish tank in the booth and the whole wall and glass right down to the table were filthy. We were afraid to touch anything. Someone get some Clorox Bleech.

Now for the food and service. We walk up, try to look at the menu only to be greeted by (ok well we got no greeting) Pretty much felt attacked before we got to the counter, "WHAT CHU HAVE" a rather old cranky chinese woman. We didnt even know yet but rushed to order just because she was so cranky. When we tried to order and asked about a substitution? ahhhhh "NO.... there are no substitutions with that meal......wow. I actually felt bad when I had to ad a Coke to my drink at the end because she seemed so put out. Needless to say, spending 25.00 there was a waste of our hard earned money, we will never go again, and seriously folks..... Clorox... Bleech... easy to find in your local walmart. Just hope into your expensive car you bought with all our money and go invest in some..... ehhhhh
