Truth not be told !. My experience with this dealer started out ok but went down hill fast. I purchased a 2011 F350 . I think my sales person was straight with me but his boss Bob Berwick told me things that he knew to be false then lied to his boss and threw the salesman under the bus. I don't know about you but I work to hard for my money to give it to someone who deals like this. Please take my advice and go somewhere else.

Outstanding service. We found all the people at Casco Bay Ford very orientated toward us as a customer. They were very clear in what they could do for us and what they could not do. We never felt that we were given self serving intformation from any member fo the staff.

We tend to be very aggressive in making deals and found that the people at Casco bay responded fairly and honestly with no hidden agendas.
