The only place for back pain treatment in Maine.

John Pier,MD is an excellent physician. My mom had back pain that the other docs had treated with no success and pretty much given up on her. In one visit Dr Pier diagnosed her problem and injected back with fluoroscopy guidance! She walked out with pain relief and hope. This place has the pain docs, the rehab docs and the spine neurosurgeons all together. The nurse told me they had 1,100 referrals that month- obviously I am not the only one who thinks they are great.
- Pros: they are well trained specialists in spinal disorders
- Cons: they are busy

they are the devil

dont even think about going there john pier and conrad barth are a couple of quacks they dont know there bottom from a hole in the ground they are paid off by bath iron works you dont stand a chance with them i wouldnt trust them with a dead cat please listen to me and dont go to them they are the devil him self pass this on and save lifes
