Worst Customer Service. I called to have flowers delivered to a very important memorial service and they were never delivered. I called them on a Thursday for a Monday delivery. I was horrified to find out that my order was never delivered to the service. Being out of town, all I had was the name of the church. When I called Monday, I was told that they were waiting for the address of the church. It seems to me, that of all people, a florist should understand how important flower deliveries are when you have just lost a member of your family and are unable to attend their service. This is the worst customer service I have come across in a long, LONG time. If you have an important flower delivery, DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. You will be dissapointed...

Rude & Insulting. I ordered flowers for my mother. They didn't attempt delivery until late in the day. By then she had already left. When I called to complain, I was told he had 2 funerals that day and they were more important than a birthday. When I said I had canceled the order through the 800 number he told me he didn't care he'd get paid for it anyway. I told him I would be leaving negative feedback online and he told me if I did he'd see me in court. He then called me an idiot and hung up on me. If you'd like to order flowers from this kind of business, go ahead but I'd recommend going somewhere where customers are treated with a little respect and dignity.
