NEVER AGAIN. We recently stayed at the GRAND BEACH INN in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. I should have known when the 2 couples ahead of me in the office upon arriving were not happy at all with the conditions. The rooms were far from being as advertised on the web site. They were in very poor condition, dirty, beds were terrible, not even flat they were on a slant. When I booked, I was told that I would be directly on the beach, which was why I booked there as we had a grandaughter with us and I thought that would be a treat for her on the ocean. Well, guess what , ocean was across the street, you had a public walkway leading to the ocean. Very misrepresented. Management did not want to hear anything about this and was very rude. We would not recommend this place to anyone.
