lake region animal hospital incompetance. well i went to lake region animal hospital for the first and last time,i brought my cat for a check up and i feel that dr giffin mistreated my cat.he wouldnt even let me go when he got his shot????????? i have had several animals and NEVER had to stay in another room when they got care,unless it was surgery .then when i was leaving and got my rabies certificate,it said my name was "over the counter" that my cat was a dog and thet his name was "any pet" what kind of place do they think they are running,not professional that i do know for a fact and if i have anything to say about it he will loose his license .what did he do to my cat in the back room,my pet has not been the same ,i will never know,please dont take a chance with your animal,not if you love it.

Uncaring animal hospital. I would not reccomend this animal hospital (if you can even call it that). A dog was brought to them that had been struck by a car. They refused treatment. They never even looked at the dog. They left it in a car to die. When the office staff was questioned about the incident they were defensive and VERY rude. They are not caring professionals. If you care about your pet take it some where else. We will never know if poor little Waldo could have been saved because no one at Lake Region Animal Hospital would take the time to look at him. Again if you love your pet, take it someone who cares about all animals!!!!
