I HONESTLY FELT LIKE I'D BEEN RAPED! SERVICE DEPT. NIGHTMARE!!!

I took my Explorer here and they told me that I needed to get a new Master cylinder, Slave cylinder and clutch - charged me $2500. They tore off my military stickers on my back window, I guess they don't support veterans. On the way home after the repairs, pieces of metal dropped out of the bottom of my car. I turned around and took it back. They said that the problem had nothing to do with what they just fixed and charged me more to fix it. I knew then, I wouldn't ever go back.

But to top it all off, 5000 miles later, all three (slave cyl., master cyl. and clutch) went out again. I took it to another mechanic and he took it apart an informed me that Ford never replaced the clutch or master cylinder, but only repaired the slave cylinder. So they charged me $2500 and never actually replaced two of the parts they charged me for and the labor involved. Worst automobile experience of my entire life, and they obviously don't support our military.

Great. The experience her e was a pleasant one and the people were all patient and very nice. I have been so pleased with all of their help. They helped me to find just the car that I wanted and even worked with me on the price!

Great. This dealership treated us well and got us just the car we wanted. We had a great time dealing with them and really got the vehicle we wanted. The finance department was a big help and easy to work with too!

Thank you. I think this dealer is as good as youll find anywhere. they have a great helpful staff that made sure I got just the truck I wanted. I would send my family there and recommend them highly.

great. my dad has always owned fords and I have gone with him several times when I was a kid to pick out a new truck. This was the first time I went on my own to get myself a truck. The people were really nice and made the process easy.

A Good Dealer!. I don't really have any complaints about the time I spent purchasing my son a new truck at Brunswick Ford. I never once felt that sales tactics were used to get my money - it was actually the opposite, very nice and helpful people.

grea!. The experience started with a welcoming smile minutes after walking on the lot. They were always friendly and informative, no matter who I dealt with. I am very happy with the truck and glad I got it from Brunswick Ford.
