Overpriced, not worth it. It's hard to find a decent place to stay in York, and this place certainly isn't it. The rooms are tiny, outdated, and way overpriced for the space, amenities, and service. The walls are paper thin, meaning every word could be heard from the night owls next door, not to mention all the early risers around us. Our parents enjoyed the Harbor Hills section of the inn, but again, it seemed pricey for the space. The dinners here are good but not great, dinner service was fantastic, and the breakfast is poor to average at best. The inn is across the street from the houses with an ocean view, so it's not directly on the water. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.
