Fantastic service and sales.
I have purchased and traded several times with this company and it is a great experience. The gentleman whom owns it has a way of making vacuum cleaners very exiting, you will end up searching for Internet reviews on vacuums for days!
My last purchase was trading in my 30 yr old Kirby Heritage, which was a great machine but awkward to handle and to put the hose on, for a Simplicity Signature series which has been outstanding and is made in the USA.
I have had units serviced here several times and he has a fast turn around and reasonable prices. He has an excellent parts inventory as well as bags, belts and bulbs for about any machine.
