Where Down East foodies go in-season for a top-shelf dining experience..
In Short
The room is gorgeous and airy, with stained woodwork and large casement windows to show off the grounds. The chefs tend to make a fetish of great ingredients and love to combine them with a baroque sensibility that can be stupendous when it works and risks being precious when it doesn't. New American ideas flash across the menu during the season--applewood smoked duck with warm chicory and crispy fried okra with goat cheese, to name a few.

Exceptional Food and Service, Nothing Compares.
I would highly recommend eating at Arrows if your up in Ogunquit. The food is exceptional, and 90% of the produce comes from their own garden. They grow something like 10 different types of tomatoes to give you an idea. I was there last summer and ordered the duck 4 ways. It was expensive (entress are in the 40's) but exceptional. The service is top noch and it is a very romantic restaurant. Make sure you save room for dessert. There's really nothing i can say bad about this restaurant except the fact that it's pricey, but well worth it.

Nothing Quite Like It.
The most romantic experiance I have ever had at a restaurant. The food is out-of-this-world. The service is spectacular. The atmosphere is cozy. And the garden is beautiful. It is a must visit. If you are ever in the area, I would highly consider dropping a reservation.
