Amazing service by Katelyn at Fabu!. I tried Fabu after getting a bad red hair color from another salon that I did not like... I was scheduled at Fabu with Katelyn and she blocked off an entire afternoon for my color correction service. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and it took a lot of work and a lot of patience, but I ended up leaving completely AMAZED by my new hair color! Katelyn was professional and highly knowledgeable and she was dedicated to giving me the best experience possible. Even after hours of work she still stuck to the original price she had quoted me. I LOVE my hair now and would highly recommend Katelyn at Fabu to anyone who wants to feel fabulous and recieve highly professional and personalized salon service!!!!

A Great Place. OK, so it was just a brow wax, HOWEVER I was treated as if my eyebrows were made of gold. Normally, in the past, i went to places were the wax was slapped on and off and out the door I went, this experience was nothing like that.

The women was so kind and told me all about different shaping options. She used an assortment of products that helped make the whole experience over the top WONDERFUL!

Find the Peace you Seek. As a busy mom, I all too rarely make time for myself. I finally took a morning just for me and went to Fabu for a cranberry bog wrap, facial, manicure and pedicure. I left walking on air! I highly recommend Fabu to any woman who thinks that life is too hectic. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is so relaxing ? you will feel healing the minute you walk through the door. The amazing staff is so warm and generous ? they will nurture your soul and melt your cares away. You will leave far more able to take on the world than before you came in!

Unique and stunning with the finest talent around.. There is no other place like this!

Fabu offers the highest quality of service and products!

The stunning atmosphere reflects beautifully the level of skillfulness that it employs.

Hypnotic views and therapeutic touches, it is something I need to do for myself at least twice a month.

I always leave feeling cared for, beautiful and inspired...

Do not miss the bubble tea shop next door. try the milkshakes!!!

Not worth your time.. This place is confusing and crawling with unprofessional staff. I was offered coffee and the mug had lipstick on it. In good location but that is all this salon has going for itself.

This is no ordinary spa!. This spa is nothing short of fabulous! My visit started off with a tour, and this is no ordinary spa. There is so much space, and the views are incredible. The staff is friendly and inviting. They are highly professional but, down to earth and comforting. My hair stylist was extremely helpful, giving me all sorts of tips to help me duplicate the amazing blowdry (that complimented the amazing cut and color) at home.

Following my hair was the best pedicure I have ever had. These are no ordinary service providers, they no their craft well. It is apparent that they are educated far beyond their days at beauty school.

I did not have time for a massage or facial during this visit, but the rooms were incredible, and I can't wait to make my next appointment to include these services.

Not a great experience.... I am always willing to pay top dollar for a great cut and color, and even with that said....I was a bit taken back with the total cost of my services. Aside from that, my experience was very different that the other reviewers....so maybe it was just an off day for Fabu.

I found my greeting to be warm and inviting...recieved a little tour which was helpful. Following that I was handed off to the colorist. Consult was decent...but then things went downhill, unfortunately:( I was 1 of 3 clients assigned to this colorist. So frequently, I was sitting and waiting while my colorist worked on her other 2 clients. The colorist also didn't do much by way of making me comfortable...didn't offer drinks, magazines or really any conversation....So i kind of sat there a little uncomfortable....as she worked between the 3 of us...she also never told me that she was going to step away....she just stopped what she was doing and left. So at one point I was left sitting for about 1/2 hour and literally had no idea where she was,etc.

It was just an odd experience, with a nearly 300$ price tag.

The views were beautiful, that is true.....but I was not impressed with the decor...again personal preference. Things looked garish and tjmaxx'y to me.

Anyway, I am happy to read other positive reviews, and must assume that my experiences were out of the norm.....

One last thing....there was an apprentice shadowing the colorist. This poor girl was never introduced to me, not given any direction from the colorist, and when she offered to run and get the colorist more foils she was given snappy, rude, one word answers. I felt bad for her and she was red faced and embarassed looking....

This must be the BEST spa in the Portland area. I think Fabu must be the best spa/salon in the Portland area! I have been a few times now and have left every time, sad to leave!! I have enjoyed my visits so much, I can't begin to rave enough. The atmosphere is so .. well.. fabulous! Upon walking in the front door you immediately feel like the staff has known you for ages, and that you are a very special client. The air smells fresh, and oh so inviting. The decoration throughout is both calming and reinvigorating.. and then come the views!!! Overlooking Portland harbor.. it just doesn't get better than this. The service is positively superb and offered by an incredibly professional and friendly staff. They all FEEL like complete experts in their specialty, and yet offer advise on services in a way that makes you feel so special, and never like you don't know what you're talking about. I highly recommend Fabu for everything from a simple hair cut (great at colors too!) or pedicure to the full spa day. I even brought my 2 year old in for her first haircut and she was treated so wonderfully! These folks are really, REALLY good! And did I mention that they even have child care on site???? Where could it possibly get better than this! Enjoy!

Fabulous. Allison at FABU has been doing my hair for the past 5 years. I have gone to many hairdressers over the years and have to say she is by far the best. The color always comes out just the way I want it and the cut is perfect. I would highly recommend her and the salon.

High Quality salon and spa. I have gone to Fabu several times now, and I have to say it is worth going back. Right when you walk inside you are welcomed with people who truly want to be there. I am always asked if I would like something to drink, and anything else I need to be comfortable and relaxed. The staff will bend over backwards for you. The staff are all knowledgable in their fields and they are caring and supportive to their clients. The services is high quality and the results are always Fabulous!!!!
