Best hair in Portland!. Tasha is an amazing hair stylist. She actually listens to what the client wants and actually creates it! Tasha will listen and make you feel so comfortable. If you need a new stylist, I can honestly say to go to tashamaria. She does an amazing job with color, highlites,low lights, and cutting! I think her prices are very reasonable too!
