One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.

steak lover heaven. best steak ive ever had tender juicy properly seasoned second only to the hilltop in boston very highly recommended

Delicious. I have to go to Longhorn at least once a week. I love their grilled chicken sandwich...it's the best! The garden salad is fresh, crisp, and delicious. I have never been dissappointed.
