In Short
One of Portland's most popular Irish pubs, Ri-Ra is crammed with authentic knickknacks and images of Ireland. Even some of the staff are Irish, sporting thick brogues and warm smiles. Novelty aside, Ri-Ra is an attractive pub (the interior was built in Ireland, then reassembled in Charlotte) with Old-World charm. Comforting pub grub (shepherd's pie, fish-and-chips) and a solid beer selection keep the masses sated.
