How much is it to get your industrial done?

Very Professional and wonderful tattoo results!. I went in for my firs tattoo last year and had a great experience! Dave was very professional, took the design I had drawn up, tweaked it a little and did it all within the same day. Everyone else I had talked to about my tattoo, including another artist in his shop (Shawn) had said it would take a week for them to come up with something for me.

I have gotten lots of compliments since then and can't say enough about my experience. I can't wait to have Dave do my other idea :)

Second rate. I've had work from some of the best in Maine- Markus, Phuk, Chris (from Sanctuary), etc. It was a mistake going here and having Shawn work on me. It will, I'm sure, come across as mean, but he isn't nearly as good as the top rate artists in Maine. If you want an average tattoo, I guess you would be happy with his work.

AMAZING!. I went there for my first body piercing. I choose the place because it was close to home. Now, it's the only place I go, and the only place I recommend.

When I went to get my belly button pierced I was scared because I'm scared of needles. Hidie calmed me down and told me that it was not going to hurt like I had imagined it would. She sterilized all the tools and the ring. Then she sterilized my skin around my belly button. Then she numbed the area and in a matter of moments I had my first body piercing. That was five months ago.

Two months ago I decided I wanted to get a couple more piercings. I went in to get my rook and tragus done (inner ear piercings). This time Dave did them. He sterilized the area and numbed it. He did the piercings in a matter of moments. A few days later I went back in because I descoved I was allergic to nickle. This was no ones fault. No one knew I was allergic. Dave Then took it upon himself to locate titanium hoops at another shop, have them delivered, and had Hidie switch out my rings in a matter of hours because he knew I was in pain. He made my allergy his top priority.

Because of my experiences there I am returning tomorrow to get two more piercings done. This is the only place I tell people to go when they are looking to get a piercing or tattoo.

Thanks for the great work guys!

AWFUL.. I went there for a piercing on my 18th birthday, and it's always pretty 50 50 on the reviews for that place but I can definately say that every time I walk into that place they give me extreme attitude for no apparent reason- I'm the customer, and unless you want business you should be nice. But I put that aside because they are sooo clean with everything they do and they atleast portray the image that they are professional, in some sense, other then the fact that they don't know how to treat people like PEOPLE, but I digress.

They were very clean about my piercing and Dave was thorough about explaining to me the procedure and aftercare; he gave me an aftercare sheet with his e-mail and number on it, which was reassuring.

Now the worst part:

He pierced my tongue crooked.

Is it THAT HARD to do a DECENT job?

No. They were rude and did a bad job. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Plus I've seen the tattoos they do there and a two year old could do those. If you want something realistic- don't go here. It's so elementary.

If you want something simple- and cartooney, go for it.

White Mountain Tattoo will be a better place for a tat. :)

LOVE MY TATTOOS!. I have been going to WIndham Tattoo for a few years. I got my first tattoo there when I was 18 and it was a son/moon piece on my upper back. Then after my son was born I added to that piece with clouds and my partner's name and our sons name. with the chinese symbols of love and life on each side of the piece. Most recently I got a tattoo of a vine/roses on my foot, its not finished yet. Shawn has done all my work and he also did two tattoos on my partner John. I trust his judgment 110%, thats why my foor isnt done yet, because he knew that it would heal better if done at two different times, and of course he was right. He is an amazing arist, him nor Dave is rude at all, and they are always checking to make sure that we are alright, that we are not feeling sick. I would definatly recommend them to anyone, do not listen to what people are saying that they are rude, because they are not at all.

Very nice place. I have been going here for years, starting with piercings, I've had nose, eyebrows, belly button (4 times) I now have 6 tattoos and they have done them all but 1 which I had done at another establishment in BRIDGTON and it got badly infected. NOW Windham Tattoo has to fix this tattoo that the other place badly messed up. I have never had an infection with Windham Tattoo. I just find whatever image I want online and they draw it up. They are very clean and very professional at what they do. They take their time when your nervous and are very cautious at cleanliness when working with the needles.....I have never had a problem with this establishment with anyone being rude or non-professional. I would highly recommend Windham Tattoo. If you decide to chose them you will not be disappointed.

Will never recommend this shop again!. I have had all my tattoos done here over the years and everytime someone sees one, I tell them what a great experience it was. The owner is a life long friend of a few friends, and rides with some of my family. That's why I was cannot believe what this place has turned into!

I called to make an appointment, and the girl I spoke to was beyond rude. When I told her all my work is custom, drawn by a friend, I was told it would take much longer to have it done. Ok, I'll give her some slack because I come here for quality.

But, our conversation got ugly when she insisted I had to have the design approved before she would make the appointment. I asked to speak to Dave, because over the years I have spent thousands here. Not only would she not let me talk to Dave, she gave me a giant attitude. Lots of attitude. Then told me that I didn't know who I was talking to, and that she could make any decision Dave could. Maybe she could. Maybe it was his daughter, because it sounded like someone her age (but she is so nice, I just cannot see her coping that kind of attitude). But the fact is that I was asking to talk to the owner of a shop where I have been a loyal customer. I have brought in artwork for all my other tattoos, and it was never a problem. I don't go into a shop and pick a design off the wall because my tats are all personal, and Dave knows that. He sees us ride in on our bikes, and he knows that one of us is coming in with a new design, not to pick off the wall.

I finally talked to a man, that didn't sound like Dave. But, it might have been. He gave me a worse attitude, and told me they didn't want my business. Really? Fine. I'll make sure I don't come back. For one, unless you're the owner of a shop, or have been part of a conversation the entire time, don't tell me you don't want my business. Two, even though I didn't say "You don't know who the hell I am" I wanted to. They have no idea how I am connected to this shop, or who I know knows Dave on a personal level. If they are going to treat someone like me, that has those connections, like this, how do they treat other people?

I couldn't believe it! In this economy small shops should be curtious to their customers, especially the ones that have been loyal for years, not rude. Word of mouth is everything, and I always send everyone up there. Not anymore. I will be telling everyone that asks about my art what I went through. It isn't like I am powerless. I have others that will listen to me, like the group I ride with that are loyal to the end, that will boycott and give business to someone else.

I'm disapointed and angry. A call from Dave himself probably wouldn't change my mind. Give it another try? Yeah, I don't think so. I'll give my business to a shop that really cares about it's customers. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Nice Shop, good tattoos.. This is a great shop. I got my first tattoo done here and it was simply the best experience of my life. The color was amazing and same with the outline. Even though I didn't need it, they offered a free touch up after it healed. A really great place and I recommend it! Plus-you can't have a cell phone in any tattoo shop. So for the idiot below this is a review about their tattoos and atmosphere, Not how stupid you are.

Dave and Sean Couple of Great Guy's. The Hospitality these guys show, and they "ONLY" put up with "Legal" Artists, Clean, Drug Free, Artists who do their work in a controlled work area. I had a 8.5" x 11" picture, put on my arm with alot of delicate and detailed work, and they did an awesome job tolerating me sitting in the chair for a couple long sits. I have 2 boy's who are getting gift certificates for Christmas for this place! They're that good!!
